Most people ask me this with a smile; that half joking, half worried look that says, “Please tell me you’re not going to make me do something ridiculous.”
And the simple answer is: No. I will never ask you to cluck like a chicken. If you choose to cluck like a chicken, that’s entirely your decision and I cannot make you do it.
Because here’s the truth: I don’t have mind control. I can’t make you hand over your bank details or your phone PIN, and I definitely can’t override your values, morals, or boundaries.
Your Mind Is Extraordinary
The conscious mind is only about 10%. This is the part you use when you need to focus to follow a password prompt or remember an email address.
Your unconscious mind runs about 90% of your daily life; quietly, efficiently, without needing reminders or checklists. This is the part that keeps you breathing, digesting, regulating hormones and remembering how to tie your shoelaces without you even thinking about it. It also holds:
• Your values (including your view on politeness or fairness)
• Your beliefs (what should or shouldn’t happen in certain situations)
• Your stories and patterns (the rules you live by)
These stories and patterns shape everything; from how you make your morning coffee to how you run your household, often putting everyone else first until you’re realise that you are the one running on empty.
These stories aren’t “bad.” They’re just old and can even be noisy in your head. And sometimes they need updating.

Then I create a personalised hypnosis session. It begins with an induction to guide you into that Theta state, and from there we travel together into your chosen landscape. All you need to do is listen, relax, and give your unconscious mind the permission to soften, shift, and update old patterns.
