Acceptance in the Rain: A September Story of Letting Go and Leaning In

Two years after completing cancer treatment, I found myself walking through a Cornish storm — soaked and heavy until the sun broke through with rainbows. That moment became a metaphor: healing isn’t linear, and acceptance brings freedom. By letting go of control and releasing what no longer serves us, we create space for clarity, courage, and new energy.

A Journey of Volunteering, Strength, and Pink Tutus

Big journeys often start with small steps — or in my case, a bright orange volunteer t-shirt and a pink tutu. From marshalling for Breast Cancer Now to running Race for Life in memory of my niece, these past weeks have shown me the true power of community, courage, and giving back.
