Welcome to Your Reset

The Emotional Reset Journey is a powerful one-to-one experience designed for women who are ready to let go of the emotional baggage that’s been weighing them down.

Whether you’re feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns, held back by your own inner critic, or simply know deep down that it’s time for a shift – this journey is your chance to realign, renew, and refocus.

Across six guided hours (spread over 1-2 sessions), you’ll experience gentle, structured techniques rooted in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), including a powerful process known as Timeline Therapy ® all explained and led in a way that’s easy for you to follow, calming and empowering.


What We’ll Explore Together:

This isn’t talk therapy. You won’t need to relive every detail of your past — in fact, you don’t even have to share your story unless you want to.
Instead, you’ll be guided through a series of mind-body exercises designed to gently release:

How It Works

We’ll guide your unconscious mind to revisit key emotional imprints from the past – safely and calmly – and reprocess them so they lose their emotional charge. This leaves you feeling lighter, more in control, and less reactive to triggers.

You’ll also have time to craft a powerful future goal, with your new mindset aligned behind it — using visualisation and goal-setting techniques to set you on a clear path.
